Tonight Tuesday 12:05 am. My husband came through like he does EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!!.... orders a fish sandwich, like he does every night!!! But it wasn’t in the bag!! I called to ask Bruce, the manager...why not??? He tried to say that it WAS!! Then he just rudely hung up on me!! I tried to call back.... no answer. I called 4 times, no answer. Now my sister didn’t get her dinner, we couldn’t go back up there and we don’t get ANY resolution. BAD management.

I just went to your drive-thru, and ordered a Mcdouble with NO onions. I got all the way back to my job (hungry as hell), and what I find in my bag is the exact opposite of what I ordered. No cheese, no ketchup, and all kinds of onions. Yet, my receipt shows what I ordered. Needless to say, I'm NOT happy. I call your restaurant, and the lady says "I'm sorry.
