Ordered 3 pizza with extra sauce and well baked. None of which were made correctly. Cheese would not even stay on the actual pizza. Quick service since the order was made incorrectly. From the time I placed the order and picked it up, only 13 minutes passed. Just seems shocking that 3 pizzas being constructed and finished with "well done" instructions were all completed within 13 minutes. I feel the process needs to be overviewed. Not worth the $45 at all, will be sure to not recommend this location going forward.

The pizza was undercooked and we had missing items. I called to get the refund of the missing items. The manager said he would refund the amount but did not extend an apology. If the service is going to be like this, might as well make it an automated service.

Placed on online order for delivery. Driver placed my pizza on the ground directly in front of my door. That is so unsanitary! This is the second time Papa John’s has done that. Dominoes nor Pizza Hut has ever placed my food on the ground.

Online ordering says you can order until 10:25 pm I ordered at 10:15 and showed up at 10:32 to pick up my order which stated it would be ready between 10:28-10:38. They also have it posted they close at 11:00pm. I arrived and doors were locked with no one at the front, I called the store and a guy came to the front and rudely said pick up closes at 11:00…I said well it’s 10:30 and he quickly changed his mind and said it closes at 10:30. I said well your system allowed me to order and said my order would be ready between 10:28-10:38. He rolled his eyes shoved the pizza at me and closed the doors. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a large pizza and 8 wings last night. A large pizza is no longer large anymore looks more like a medium pizza. Could not order a split of 4 flat wings and 4 drums not allowed. The driver rang the door bell and left the food on the floor at the front door. Paid $5 for delivery and a couple of $ tip for a drive less than half a mile away. When I finished the order I said thanks the manager said ok. So disappointed, never buying there again. I’m sharing the bad experience with my neighbors.

Frightening, I never bought here they treated me very badly, I ordered a pizza and two hours passed and they still hadn't delivered it to me, the delivery man made a mistake and they never solved the problem. the manager never wanted to answer the phone (supposedly his name is Eddie)
