Tonight there was a a mix up with our delivery and when I called, the woman who answered was apologetic and immediately asked if I would like a refund or remake. I chose remake and she got it taken care right away. Accidents happen, and it’s all about how the company reacts. Great customer service, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name or I would give her a shout out!
I may have the worst luck, but my last 4-5 orders weren't ready on time (give yourself about 10-20 min past the latest ready estimate on the app), but it's good and the closest to home. Apparently the status is updated based on the timing and not the actual status in the store.
I ordered from them this evening and the food was great. It came pipping hot and fresh. Everything was sent as ordered. I will definitely order from them again.
