Pilars Martini & Loft

We stopped into Pilars on a Sunday night and sat at the bar. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable and it was lively. While Pilars is best known for their cocktails, we went with a cold beer, which hit the spot.

We started with the Smoked Fish Dip, served with capers and toasted bread slices and it was delicious and full of flavor. Next was the Mozzarella Burrata, warm mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto with basil. It was also delicious. We split the Market Burger with cheddar on a brioche bun it was juicy, and cooked how we asked.

We heard that upstairs on Thursday nights they host open mic nights and that some Disney performers often show up to sing, which sounds like a fun experience we’ll definitely return for.

Great food, friendly service, and a nice vibe. Highly recommend.

Pilars nails it across the board. The atmosphere is stylish and welcoming, perfect for a night out or a casual drink. Cocktails are not only delicious but strong—in the best way. The bartenders are top-notch: fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Great vibes, great service, great drinks. Highly recommend.

Place is nice and music did not disappoint

Wasn’t the best service. Was not crowded and we sat and waited for a very long time for someone to come over. No one came. We left and went elsewhere.

Had a funky smell like the floor had not need deep cleaned from old beer. lol!

Reminded me of old college day bars.

Such a friendly environment. I go here to hangout with friends after Masonic lodge and since I am not an alcohol drinker, this bar always makes me a great Shirley Temple

Best long island ice tea I've had in some time!

The food menu is limited, which comes from the restaurant below. They were out of a couple of items the night we visited, but the savory beignets were delightful. So many drink so little time. They have a few season craft cocktails on the menu as well.

This place is pathetic, the bartenders are the most useless group of individuals. I walked in and tried to order a drink but they couldn’t stop dancing and laughing and talking to each other to take an order. Should it take 30 min to get a drink? Only if you have useless bartenders.
