This place is pretty great. The food is great tasting and the right temperature. The atmosphere is really cool and the employees are very friendly. The food sometimes takes longer than expected but it's worth the wait. I'd rather have freshly made food than prepackaged stuff just heated up. The wings are always great, as I get every time. I've tried all the bowls and they are all great. Working my way through the burritos now and so far, all are very good.

I have been here many times and never had any issues. Yesterday, October 20th I went in to get a Poké bowl and I ate it later. Unfortunately while eating there was a long brown hair in it. I called the manager the next day and told him of my situation. I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything back. I am just grossed out. I wanted to give some feedback on my experience and what had happened. It seemed to me that he did not care. It’s very concerning and I will never go here again.

First time, no expectations, place amazingly clean, the two young men working extremely nice and explain everything very well, food was just amazing, fresh and tasteful I will be back asap

We ate at the location the first time about 2 weeks ago and everything was great, all included toppings/sides were accurate. So we decided to order a pickup togo order tonight since the first experience was good. Unfortunately the experience was not the same as the fried food we ordered was burnt (not at all the color/looking like the pictures they have online), a side of noodles that was $3 extra was not included in the bag, and one of the ramens (shrimp wonton soup) was missing two of the included toppings. Overall the ramen soup quality is still excellent but due to the inconsistencies in what is advertised vs what is received i was dissatisfied with tonight’s order/service.

The food here is awesome. The ramen, the crispy brussel sprouts, the dumplings, everything we've tried has been great. The service though is not great and we've been on dinner weeknights and weekend lunches. Whenever we go it's a very long wait for the food and it takes a while to be acknowledged by the staff if you need something even though they're very close and can see out from the kitchen.

This place is consistent. We have had great service and fresh food every time we have been. Today we got our food to go and this did not impact the quality at all. Because of this I am giving 5 stars. Will be back!

AMAZING! The food is fresh, creative, and full of flavor, and the presentation is just as impressive. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel welcome. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!

Food was great! Absolutely housed our meals! We recommend the sushi corn dog and cheesecake. And them wings…you got that sweet AND spicy!? MmMMMmmm!
