I’m fromGA & locations are far & few in between. This was my very first time at RED ROBIN & what a disappointment. Our waitress was good and knowledgeable but overall the food was very mediocre. My cheese sauce was served ice cold in the center and I think my burger was missing the avocado. I’ll give Red Robin one more try but I definitely expected more for my first visit.

Winter Garden Location3-2-23.0/10 service. I don't know what happened to this place. Zero offers to make it right.1. Made us (ME, my 5 mo. old and my 2 80 plus year old parents) wait for 1hr!!!!!2. Birthday burgers are no longer free....the manager on shift said they would waive the min. dine in requirement at the start of the order.3. You're now supposed to dine in. and have a minimum 5 dollar spend. So I added a 3rd burger(to cover that spend). 14.00 or so.4. After waiting for over an hour my son with a dirty diaper and my parents starving we asked about our order since they had it sitting in a bag and getting cold.5. Now at the end of the whole ordeal....manager comes out charges me 19.00! And all the food is cold.This is the kind of management that has lead to Red Robin have been on a precipitous decline.a)Burger Patties got thinnerb) Upcharges for cheesesc)In some cases cheese is substituted for a cheese sauced)Lettuce is shredded instead of leaves.e)The Buns are thinner and less airy.f) Steak fries looks like McDonald's now....not to mention no extra fries.And that doesn't even include my disaster tonight.Never going back. Bottomless shouldn't be used to describe their fries....it better used to describe when the manager uses the register codes to pull the rug from under me after an hour.Insult to injury. Least you could do for a 20 dollar burger.

Food was great, service was excellent, then there was the jingle keys from the manager. Every time they walked by, which was Very often, The jingle of the keys were right at ear level. It was frustratingly distractive and not once did they stop by to inquire about my experience. Even great service could not save this visit.

What’s the point of your pick up time when you still wait 20 minutes to only receive cold food. Please explain that to me. 20 minutes to wait and food is cold. You might need some better planners in the winter garden kitchen.

Absolutely the worst.Placed an online curbside pick up order for 6:57pm..got there on time, had to go in to check for the food at 7:10, was told a 5-10mins waits as food was still cooking. Ok, cool.Went back to the vehicle waiting. Watched other patrons come and go with food. Went back inside at 7:55pm, food was ready but cold. Left with no apology from staff for the inconvenience caused or for not bringing out the food earlier.Got home to eat the food finally, besides being cold, and the order was messed up.Called to speak to the manager, guess what, he hung up the call and refused to answer further calls.

Ok, I decided to come back to Red Robin after maybe 3 years, this is mainly because of the number of other burger options within a 10min drive that have opened. Getting here at 6:30pm and there being no wait was a bit surprising as other places nearby had a 20-30 min wait.Our server greeted us promptly and took our drink order. I decided to order a beer, the server came back letting me know they were out of pretty much all craft and specialty beers, kinda odd as they had a huge caulk board listing all the beers. I order a Sams Adam's which came in a cold mug but was not as cold as I'd like (strike 1). We ordered an app and entries asking for the app to come 1st. Some time went by without getting our app so we reminded the server we wanted the app 1st. As you would guess, entries came with no app, our server went to go check to let us know they ran out of pretzel bites (strike 2). She apologized and offered a free desert for the inconvenience. We each enjoyed our entries but getting extra sauces/dressing never came so we had to ask another server walking by. We order our free desert and no joke, they we're out of the desert we wanted....strike 3. Insert face plant emoji I'm not sure if Red Robin is going out of business but to be this out of items is concerning. Maybe if you're just getting a burger and fry's you'll be fine, anything else you will be better off somewhere else.

We've never been to a Red Robin but found ourselves here after not having groceries wanting burgers. We showed up in basically in pajamas and were treated with so much respect and kindness still, that my mind is still blown. Everything was delicious and everyone was so nice. And that's really hard to find now days so thank you for a great night and the kindness!

Only been once since pandemic. Unfortunately Red Robin is following what almost every other restaurant is doing. Lower quality of food, lower customer service. Higher prices. I was seated in a booth which wasnt wiped down, not a big deal, I asked for some napkins, server game them to me, she watched as I wiped off the table., and left as I started. I moved myself to one small booth over that looked cleaner, I looked down between the bench seat and the wall which obviously had not been cleaned for DAYS. There was an accumulation of food crumbs, candy and God knows what else.My new booth allowed me to partially see in to the kitchen. 3 people standing there on their phones. My food comes out, my burger bun is so stale it crumbles and fries were warm at best. I asked for a new bun and hot fries "well we can make you a new burger I guess" was my reply. I didn't have time...Sadly its not just Red Robin. Food and service standards have gone down everywhere from Disney to McDonald's. I dont fault any single person or establishment. All I know is where I will not be spending my money, as so many others have decided the same thing. How do you keep a front line food service worker happy and caring about the people they serve when its very obvious the people who manage dont care? Leadership starts from the top down.

My order was completely messed up. I removed a lot of toppings from my Red Robin burger but when I got it all the toppings I took off were still on the burger. This is not the first time they have ruined my order. The fries were good but now my burger does not taste good.

I don't say this lightly but It was close to the absolute worst dining experience I had at a food establishment. From the presentation of the food. the hamburger buns come out ripped in half with fingerprints on them. To the bill being double the menu price. I can truly say I'll never return to a red bobbin no matter what location it is.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Andrew, the general manager, Brandy, the manager, and Lauren, the assistant manager on one terrific team of friendly management staff that really know their craft of food service. I had a wonderful conversation with Lauren, she actually took the time to speak with me. Had some great conversations with Brandy and Andrew as well. Always helpful. If something is not made right, they fix it right away. Dee one of the servers it’s just amazing. She has an amazing personality and unacute attention to detail. Even the host is bubbly and friendly. It’s a perfect storm of hospitality great food and service at the red robins on Daniels Road. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for great food at a great price with a great atmosphere.

Third time in this location in which they say that there is a wait time to be seated because they have only one server and the restaurant half empty. I do not understand how a restaurant can operate this way. Naturally we left without eating there. I refuse to patronize a place under such circumstances. I am reluctant to go to other Red Robin locations afraid that they all have the same problem. I have been a loyal customer of Red Robin but no more. A restaurant under those conditions should close the doors. I can not imagine that they have problems hiring staff. The problem must be something else.
