Horrible service today !! Went through the drive through and was not served because of my point and no starts
Rocked up at 8.59pm to check if they closed at 9 or 10. They closed at 9pm but beckoned us in! Three staff members were very jovial and helpful and made us our drinks with a smile. Excellent service and the staff should be commended for their customer service.We sat in the patio area out front and enjoyed our drinks. Thank you!

The people on shift on 6/18 at 1:30 need to be spoken with.They were texting and chatting with Target employees that were at the pickup area while us 6 people in line just stared at them.I’m glad they found something on their phone to laugh about, but I feel like this isn’t the right time.

Romina and Anna were super sweet and patient this morning when I walked up asking some questions about the pistachio drink and if I should try that over my usual brown sugar oat milk. They took the time to see if I wanted to mix it up and try something a little different. They were seriously both so kind and pleasant which is not something you experience everyday when dealing with customer service. They helped to make my morning just that much better! Thanks girls! Just know that you are appreciated!
I’ve been visiting this location several times a week for years. I work locally. I often purchase drinks and food for my team as well. This Starbucks is part of my community and it saddens me that I have write about such unfortunate experiences.Within the past four months I’ve had two terrible experiences with someone who I am assuming is a front line supervisor or lead.Each time I am made to feel as if I’m trying to swindle them and get something for cheaper. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this Starbucks alone; I don’t care if my drink is $5.00 or $50.00.Each time a supervisor or lead has interrupted my drive through order to tell me the “proper” way to order my drink. I’m almost certain it’s been the same female leader each time, and unfortunately I’ve not yet gotten her name.After ordering, I’m interrupted in a condescending tone and told that my order is wrong with the implication that I’m trying to swindle them to get something for cheaper, when in reality I want my drink made and presented in a certain manner.I only encounter this issue at this particular location. I frequent another Starbucks, right down the road from my house, almost daily and there is never an issue with what I order, nor am I spoken to in a condescending tone or told that I am wrong.This supervisor ruins the community feel of this Starbucks with their terrible attitude and lack of customer service. I am disappointed in the way I have been treated and angry that I was spoken to in such a manner.I wish to be contacted by someone whom I can share more of my experience with. I also want to be certain that this particular employee is spoken with by their managers, as they should not be in a customer facing service role. Thank you.

This is my worst Starbucks experience cashier had no suggestions and got my name wrong and cappuccino was poorly done and light wake up
They make a fine cup of coffee, but I could definitely do without the pretentious, passive aggressive attitude problems. I have multiple examples of it from this specific store, but today I ordered a "grande mocha with whole milk"...for whatever reason they assumed it was iced. No problem, once I explained it was hot rather than iced, the barista threw a huffy fit, put on "stink face" made the drink and smacked it onto the counter. I literally thanked her, within a foot of her because that's how close the espresso machine is from the counter she threw the hissy fit. She proceeded to look straight toward the opposite wall and ignore me on purpose, furthering the scowl to greater extension. I laughed and let her know I appreciated her friendliness. Dudes, you're making coffee, get a grip. That was 1 of multiple times this passive aggressive, yet quite obvious hatred of doing ones job has surfaced at that store. Moral of the story: i suggest ordering on the app. Solid coffee, mostly poor service.
