Terribly run store. Everything takes forever although there are many people working and it’s not busy. Staff fighting in the background about someone doing the others job.

Service is terrible. Slowest I've seen at any Starbucks and solely for the reason that the staff doesn't care. Waited for 15 min only for the barista to get out 1 of the 4 orders ahead of us, after which we decided to cut our losses and leave. No hurry, no hustle just a whole lot of don't care. I'll drive 30 min out of my way to another location before coming here again.

I stop by this Starbucks inside Target all the time, and the team here is always amazing. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and happy to help. They never mind giving refills, and they always make my drink exactly how I like it. Kiara especially, she’s always so kind, cheerful, and makes every visit better.

Second & last visit to this Starbucks. I have never been anywhere that is so slow with their service. Only 3 in the queue infront of us and over 30 mins wait to order, followed by another long wait to receive the simple order of 2 drinks. Seen quicker sloths!

20jun2025 so disappointed with customer service DID NOT expected this from Starbucks, they mess up my order I come back after we finished in Ross, and they refused fix my order due not already have ing a receipt, really i should hold on to 7$ receipt? how about you make what i order and pay for it in first place, guess i will not find out anymore, there is always competition around

Rocked up at 8.59pm to check if they closed at 9 or 10. They closed at 9pm but beckoned us in! Three staff members were very jovial and helpful and made us our drinks with a smile. Excellent service and the staff should be commended for their customer service.We sat in the patio area out front and enjoyed our drinks. Thank you!

Parking: Shared parking lot with other restaurants and stores. Easy access to 429, 535 roads etc

The people on shift on 6/18 at 1:30 need to be spoken with.They were texting and chatting with Target employees that were at the pickup area while us 6 people in line just stared at them.I’m glad they found something on their phone to laugh about, but I feel like this isn’t the right time.
