We had one of the three tables streetside on the sidewalk, enjoying the gorgeous outdoor lights.
Beef medallions with blue cheese on top was good, fish tacos were ample but not full of flavor. The food was good, not great, but the atmosphere was what we paid for.
If we had eaten indoors we would have been disappointed for the price. There is a side patio but it's just an alley, not an attractive view.

Nice place and good food. I went last Friday night at the very busy time of 7:30 pm. My waitress in the main salon was simply careless. One of our appetizers to share came with only 4 little pieces of bread but with a good portion of the dish, then we asked for more bread which they bring 20 minutes later, they charged us 5.00 extra for 3 little more pieces of bread. Charging for this is like charging for water! Simply, lack of common sense. Then the waitress totally forgot to order the kids food bringing adults food first. Finally when my son's get his food 20 minutes later, she also forget to honor our instructions. The atmosphere was nice but service for us was horrible. Food is overall good but cold and with lack of common sense in some cases. I noticed that they had more people cleaning than serving in my area. Im pretty sure that my experience could be much better without the careless and unprofessional (young female) waitresses... Sorry guys but this is the truth!

This place is a solid local restaurant. We frequent Urban for the cozy atmosphere, great food always and our favorite server, Bobby! Thanks for making our night. We love how it’s chill and not loud like other spots. Tonight we got bruschetta, Brussel sprouts, the smash burger and French dip. I forgot to take pictures lol but the food is always well made. Don’t miss out on the waffle bread pudding!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The manager was dismissive, rude, and completely uninterested in resolving issues that were clearly caused by staff mistakes. Instead of listening or taking responsibility, they spoke in a condescending tone and made excuses rather than offering solutions.

This place really turned our night around after another local place was rude and dismissive due to their recent viralty. We were seated right away and our server Bobby and everyone who stopped by the table were super friendly and attentive. The service, atmosphere and food were fantastic. I visit this area somewhat frequently and I'll be sure to make this place a staple.

To be fair we went during the Christmas weekend events so they might have been off their game. Sat outside, covered, watched the golf cart parade. Cool ambiance. Had to ask multiple times for a kids menu. The food… all the sides were great! Whipped sweet potatoes, roasted potatoes, brussel sprouts, chips… all great. The steak was a little over cooked, but totally flavorless. The pork chop was way over cooked. Couldn’t cut it. I didn’t get to eat. Our server never came back after dropping the food off… other than to bring me a knife. Didn’t ask how the temps were. She did have it taken off bill but no manager came to talk to us.
Disappointed.

The Korean tacos were fantastic. The side chips with the Korean sauce drizzle was a excellent choice. We also loved our white sangria. Wayne the manager was fantastic. We had a incident that i will not elaborate on. With a employee. But Wayne handled it with professionalism. And we whole hardly recommend this establishment. Thanks Wayne and Daniel.

Stopped in for some food. I had the salmon, which was great. Someone was I was with got the garlic chicken and WOW that was even better the chicken was juicy and not dry at all. Someone at my table got the rainbow trout though which smelled horrible and was left untouched. The server apologized profusely and went out of her way to make things right. Plan to definitely give this place another visit sometime soon.

Pretty good range of options price and taste wise plus a Gluten free menu for those that need it. Beer selection was limited, service was excellent.

Had the fish tacos and the fish they had in them was terrible. Had eaten them before and they were good but this time the fish was mushy and tasteless. Old freezer fish is my guess. Waitress was inattentive. Will not be going back.

Went there for a bite took forever to get our food. By the time we got there and left it was 1.5 hrs. I don’t know what happened but tables getting there 30-45 minutes after us were getting there food when we were. Manager walked by took one look at us and evidently could tell we weren’t happy so kept on walking. Food was brought out at different intervals so none of us had food at the same time. Food was just okay nothing special and so many better places to eat around there. Service was horrible. I guess that’s what you get when you sit on the patio and the wait staff is more concerned with people inside?

We went to this restaurant and sat at the bar, because table wait time would put us dangerously close to closing time. Arrived at 19:55 and they close at 21:00. I ordered the trout and my guest ordered pasta. Our orders went in at 20:00. Two other couples came in 5 and 10 minutes after we did ordered and received their food within 20 minutes. They ate and were socializing. Meanwhile the bartender/server was friendly towards them, but showed a definite bias toward us in which my female guest immediately recognized. We should have left then! At 20:45 I found a manager and asked when does it take 45 minutes to get trout and pasta when everyone that came after us had been served? He said food was running 35 minutes. Our food finally came out at 20:56. Four minutes before closing. No apologies no anything. I’m a 56 year old black man and my guest who suggested this place is Dominican. The food was great when it finally arrived, however the stench of bias, racism and indifference was definitely in the air.
Buyer beware do not spend your money in anyplace that doesn’t respect your humanity!
We dined there on the 20th of October 2024.
