I had an amazing experience at yummy crab Tuesday night. The food came out so fast and tasted so fresh. The yummy crab special sauce is amazing, I highly recommend trying that! Des was our server and gave us a great experience!! She was fast, attentive and so extremely helpful with her recommendations and helping us build our OWN seafood boil. With customer service like this and such amazing food, I WILL be back!!

I’m a regular customer at this restaurant and usually order the same dish every time, so I’m very familiar with how it normally tastes. When I order, I typically ask for it “thick” because without it, the dish can sometimes come out too oily or watery, with mostly butter/oil in the bag and not enough normal seasoning. This is how I always order it every single time, and it has never been an issue before.

On this visit, however, the food came out extremely salty to the point where you couldn’t taste any seasoning except salt. that is how salty it was. I informed the owner, and she looked at my ticket and said that because I requested it “thick,” and because it may have been a different chef, he might have added too much seasoning. I acknowledged that and she took the food back. I was not specifically told it would be remade at that time. When it came back out, it was still extremely salty and not edible for me. I informed my server again and asked for my food to be remade. At that point, I had only eaten about four shrimp from the original plate.

I never communicated that I was finished eating or ready to leave but when the food was returned the second time, it was brought out bagged as if it were to-go. Around the same time, the trash bin at my table was removed, and I was told I could complete payment at the front whenever I was ready. This made it feel like I was being checked out of the dining experience, even though I was still actively eating and had not indicated that I was done.

Overall, I came in expecting my usual order and simply wanted the dish corrected so it matched what I normally receive. Instead, the situation felt rushed and disorganized, and I did not feel like the issue was properly resolved. After reading other reviews, I also noticed multiple people mentioning feeling sick after eating here. I had not previously connected it, but I have personally experienced stomach discomfort and feeling sick after eating here on more than one occasion. I now wonder if it may be related to the seafood, as others have reported similar experiences.

I’m disappointed because I’ve been a regular customer here, but this experience did not meet the standard I’m used to, and I don’t plan to return.

They have good seafood. But there is a lot of oil or butter if that's what you want to call it.

Had a great time here. Food was fantastic. Pricey for dinner, but worth it all around. And Joseph was incredible. Place was super busy and he was always nice and cordial with our party of 7, with 2 kids. Will definitely come back.

Great seafood spot with amazing food and a super clean atmosphere. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Our server, Des, was also fantastic — very friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend!

Had such an amazing experience at Yummy Crab Juicy Seafood, but what really made the experience stand out was Des. From the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She has one of those personalities that makes people feel comfortable instantly. Even while being busy, she still made sure we were okay, checked in on us, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time.

The food was hot, fresh, flavorful, and came out fast, but customer service like hers is what truly keeps people coming back. You can tell she actually cares about giving people a good experience instead of just doing her job. It’s rare finding service that feels genuine nowadays, and Des definitely deserves recognition for that.

If you go here, ask for Des! she’s literally the definition of good energy + great customer service 🫶🏻🔥 Definitely will be back!

I went to Yummy Crab Juicy Seafood expecting a good seafood boil, but unfortunately this turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I ordered Combo A, which came with crab, head-off shrimp, and lobster, and I added sausage and eggs. The food actually tasted great while I was eating it, which made the outcome even more disappointing.
Not long after my meal, I started feeling very sick with fever and flu-like symptoms. I ended up going for a medical checkup, and I was told I had food poisoning. After that experience, I honestly can’t look at the meal the same way. No restaurant experience is worth getting seriously sick over.
The flavors were good, but food safety matters more than taste. Based on my experience, I would not return.

If you are into boils, it's a decent place. The Yummy sauce which is a combination of all the sauces is nice. The scallops are good. Crab legs are meaty.

Des was an amazing server! she was friendly, attentive, and really accommodating. She made sure everything came out right, checked in on us at the perfect times, and had a super positive, welcoming attitude the whole time. She definitely made the experience even better.

I’d absolutely come back and ask for her again next time!
