BC in Winter Haven has been my go to place for over a decade. The food is good and the price is right. I have watched the prices increase over the years. It was 7.99 when I first went there and now is 12.99 (adult senior buffet for lunch).
Drinks use to be included, but last year they stopped that and now a drink (soda) is an additional +-$2.49
I understand that prices go up and I accept that.

The restaurant is in a plaza with plenty of parking, and children enjoy the water feature with beautiful fish at the entrance.
