I don't get to go out and eat very often and I love going to buffet city, but the past two times that I have gone they start cleaning around me. I always get there way before closing time so I'm not sure why they always start cleaning around me. The last time I went they swept and mopped right beside me and tonight was the worst. The lady was actually moving furniture out beside me and my family and wiping walls down. My son couldn't scoot his chair out to go...
Overall, I love coming to this place and do so frequently. The only thing I dislike about it is some foods lime the macarni and cheese isn't made well. Other than that, the atmosphere and people there are great. You eat what you pay for since it's a buffet. I do not like that they downgraded the icecream but I think they did it because people sneak off with too many. Overall, there are lots of American and Chinese food options. I just struggle to eat more than two plates...
Years ago, I went to Buffet City and never returned because the food was not great. I was invited and was hesitant, but I went back and did not regret it. Actually, I returned 4 days later. The food was fresh and very tasty. There were so many options, and it was awesome. Most of the staff do not smile unless you are saying thank you to them they are expressionless. This won't stop me from returning, but I know this is off-putting to some, or I wouldn't have mentioned...
