Waited over 20 minutes for my order! I was number 7 and they were on number 11 and 12 and STILL bypassed me! I don’t get it! First time here and we will NOT be returning! Horrible customer service!
I wish I could give this zero stars!
I brought my family of 7 to the restaurant. My order was incorrect and rather than making a substitution (which amounted to a few cents) they refused and wanted to charge me an upcharge. Very short sighted given inflation and fewer and fewer families being able to afford to go out. You have lost a regular customer over stupid customer service.
