Hungry Crab Juicy Seafood & Bar Winter Haven FL

Everything I order for pick up the front host has had the worst attitudes. None of them apparently know to say welcome or anything you have to say something and then they ask if you’re picking up. I order today for pickup the host (curly hair girl with a head band) didn’t say a word until I said hello then asked if I’m picking up. On top of whenever I called I was told it would be 15 mins I was about 20 mins away so it was perfect I arrived and on top her rudeness she processed to tell me to wait 15 mins more minutes. Whenever I paid she also couldn’t even hand me the money or even extend her hand she put it down which I find very rude. Especially in customer service. Anyways We waited and one of her friends runs in yelling but the hostess was not there she was getting out food from the back she walks out with our food and puts it down on a table so she can hug her friend and turns around and said this is your food and turns her back to us as they continue to talk and giggle. Not even a step she could take to hand it to us. They choose the worst hostess. Terrible customer service at the front always. I’ve order over a handful of times larger orders so the least they can do is be nice. Or choose better candidates for hostess.

Walked in and the hostest wasn't very friendly ... at all ... went in for a family members birthday. Honestly wasn't impressed with the service but the food was quick and delicious!

They dont do reservations first come first serve

They put in the darkest place couldn't hardly read the menu
While there was plenty of lighted space in the main dining 🍽 area
Saw the waitress briefly x2. Never took our drink order. Horrible experience.

Had another great meal at Hungry Crab in Winter Haven. Food was perfect, wine was perfect and our server/bartender J Love was perfect. We ate like King and Queen all for a great price!! Go see J Love soon!! The best!! A++

The service is fantastic but the food is only ok. For this price I won't be going back. It's not overpriced for what it is; it just doesn't taste worth it. Something just didn't hit for me flavor wise.

Replying to SUSANS comment we were at the bar the same time this was happening and the bartender never sneezed in her hand and she washed her hands immediately, the customer we remember her she was very irritated already. The service was amazing the servers were very attentive I seen no one on the phone, thanks for the drinks and food was amazing!! We will be back again.
