I waited 15 minutes for my (fast) food, So did the car intront of me. I Watched 2 cars behind me get there food first with free coupons, finally I decided to walk inn and my food wasn't even ready still tf????? ! Fris was hot but still not cooked properly. Poor poor service!!!! Who ever works the drive through should be fired . I can see why they only have 3.5 rating. Do better with employees. If I wanted to wait 15-20 mins for my food I would have sat inside a real restaurant, smh... please do better...

I have ordered from here often. However tonight my order was totally messed up. I ordered the 3 piece combo with 2 sides. When I picked up my order, the receipt was correct. However when I got home, nothing was right. I ordered 2 breasts and a wing. Got a breast a wing and a drumstick. Ordered two sides, corn and coleslaw; I got one side- mashed potatoes and gravy. Trying to call this store is futile- constantly busy. At least my wife got her pot pie. Apparently, they raised their prices a lot, but the service dropped by a lot. Hopefully I can actually contact someone tonight. If not I will call the corporate number.

When I came in to the restaurant nobody said nothing even good morning or welcome nothing they looks like angry persons or bad mood but I think when you go to a restaurant the servers or the employees treat the costumers happy and like a family with a good smile so this isn’t happens today with me im a client that visit the restaurant couples day in a week but now I preffered to visit other KFC because today my impression was soo disgusting

The fries were stale, the biscuit was so stale and hard and the chicken was not cooked all the way I could see the pink still. The workers gave us an attitude when we wanted to order because apparently we could only order on the kiosk. We waited 30+ minutes, the workers where just standing there doing nothing, they didn’t even get the right order. The soda was the only good thing. I would never come back.
1/06/24 I went to the drive through and had to go back again because they gave the two mashed potatoes instead of my Mac and cheese, then once home I seen the Mac and cheese was burnt and gravy didn't look edible.

So I'm a doordasher and I'm in there late at night and their website says that they close at 10:00, however every night that I have to go in there they've thrown all of their food away by 930, so I asked them can they substitute the food that the customer ordered and they said no because they threw all their chicken away they've already cleaned the soda machines so why say that you're open till 10:00 if you close at 9:30.. not very professional in business like
