KFC serves tender and good Classic Chicken sandwiches. The food is often hot, fresh, and delicious, with crispy and flavorful fried chicken. The staff can be prompt, courteous, and helpful, though some customers have experienced poor service, such as being ignored at the drive-thru or receiving incomplete or incorrect orders. Despite this, many customers have had a positive experience, with the food being prepared quickly and tasting delicious, even if the staff may occasionally seem a bit distracted or overwhelmed.
