McDonald's drive-thru customer service and professionalism leave much to be desired. From my recent experiences, it's clear that the emphasis is on speed rather than quality. The staff often seem disinterested, rushing through orders with little attention to accuracy or courtesy.

The food was awful, cold and of course wrong. We ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese, medium fries and 2 drinks. We got our food, it was a bag with a big Mac, 1 medium fries. We tried to get it fixed. That was a total joke. I didn't have time to deal with it. Just know this is not the place you want to eat. Should have got my money back and went somewhere else.
