McDonald's provides a mixed experience for its customers. While some appreciate the great and hard working employees, others have had disappointing visits with rude drive-thru people who provide no smile or thank you. The staff at this location can be pleasant, but the 2nd shift manager is a very rude lady who yells at her employees. Despite this, the fountain Coke was a popular item that customers enjoyed, but they no longer have a self serve soda fountain and sometimes provide smaller cups. Overall, McDonald's has room for improvement, but some customers remain loyal to their favorite treats.
