Our pizza was supposed to be to be only half pepperoni and then our cheesy bread had a big chunk of cheese missing. I get that when the dough cooks things shift around but if quality was a priority that would’ve been fixed or redone.
I don’t know how this place stays open. Almost every time we order here, we are mad and it’s the only papa John’s in the area. Ran by teenagers, no management presence, I’ve waited over two hours for delivery on a Sunday night and an hour for a carry out on a Monday night. It’s a joke. Get an adult in there.
8/27 I ordered pizza and poppers. The poppers were awful. I called and put in a review. Manager called me and said would make good on my next order. It would be noted on my account. Well, I've ordered twice since then, 9/18 & 10/25 and no poppers. I'm not reminding them. I'll get my pizza somewhere else.
