I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a recent takeout visit to your Red Lobster location. I had not visited Red Lobster in over a year, but on this evening I decided to place an online takeout order at 7:33 PM. I was advised that my order would be ready at 8:03 PM.

Love our lunches with our server Diane! She is the best! You will be very happy with your lunch experience! Keeps me coming back.
Miserable experience. It took an hour to get our food. The restaurant is barely occupied.
