Passing through here from the Lakeland location, the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The service at this Starbucks in Winter Haven is the best of all the Starbucks around. Even though this is a small location, the entire team greets customers from the very first second they step in the door with the biggest, warmest, and truly genuine smiles. They remain level-headed and smile, no matter how rude the customer is being. The drinks are made with tons of care and are amazing every time. Customers enjoy a vanilla latte that is absolutely delicious and creamy, or a cortado. They have never gotten an order wrong, not even once. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the baristas are super friendly. It is a lovely little moment of joy in a day. Customers will definitely go here again for the rest of their lives because of the wonderful service with a smile, accurate orders, and feeling welcome every visit.
