Love dutch bros. But they always make me late for work😭 I place my order for pick up at 5:35 states online it’ll be ready by 5:42am ok cool. But didnt receive it until 5:55. The car ahead of me was placing an order and by the time i was next my drink wasn’t made yet. They need a better system to where the customers waiting for their order have to wait in a pick up spot or customers with mobile orders can grab and go. The staff is great. Usually stop by to get some coffee. Employees are always friendly; I like they always have pup cups. My dogther loves them.
I have been to this location at least 100X and only once did I have my order made wrong. That’s an incredible success rate! The staff is incredible here. Everyone is so welcoming and genuine. The party is always at top volume and speedy service! My favorite is the Americano with orange flavoring. Don’t knock it till you try it as it’s SO Florida in its vibes. But all the seasonal flavors are fun to try and I’m looking forward to fall flavors again!
