This is an absolutely amazing spot whether you're vegan or not. This little food truck puts out the best vegan food that I've ever had. Taste, quality, presentation, etc were 5-star worthy. I applaud Yoshi and Paulette for their passion, their commitment to quality and the message they spread about veganism and animal/environmental awareness. Thank you for all that you do!
