“Thank you to all the Wendy's employees at the Winter Park, FL. location we are from out of town (Michigan) I'm town visiting family. We needed a quick lunch before heading out with my entire family of 10 for holiday activities. We all decided on Wendy's and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we walked in the holiday spirit was every where the atmosphere was amazing! The staff helped us choose the best meals for quality and budget friendly for all of us! And the General Manager Margaret was just amazing even though the store was jammed packed she came around and helped us set up an area and helped us with highchairs and booster seats and when our food was ready she hand delivered it to our table! “The young lady at the drive thru. I didn't get her name however she was very rude and rushing. I almost cancelled my order, but I had a train to catch and I chose to continue with my order. Employee retraining and customer service training is needed.“
