Placed an online order for 6PM. Got there a few (less than 5) minutes early and was told by one employee that it wasn't ready yet. Cool, no problem. I take a seat. I am absolutely appalled at what I just witnessed at the Winter Park location on University Blvd. Two young women were there to pick up an order they placed online and already paid for. One was wearing a mask, the other could not for medical reasons which she explained to the cashier. Rather than just hand them the food so they could be on their way, she went to the back to get the manager while their food sat there getting cold. The manager was unbelievably rude!
