This is one of my favorite places to eat at. However I can’t help but continue to be increasingly upset by the fact that I continue to run into problems placing my online orders. Too often the app will tell me how this store is unavailable for pick up or delivery and yet this location is said to be open per google and such. Incredibly aggravating and dissatisfying

Based on reviews, this Zaxby's location is one of the best-run. The team is organized, the service is quick, and the food is consistent. The Zaxby's Asian salad is the most delicious thing, and the egg rolls are to die for. The grilled chicken sandwich is the best in fast food, a healthy alternative with Zaxby sauce and pickles. The Tongue Torch sauce and customer service were highlights. However, the Big Zax Meal was small and lukewarm with undersized chicken tenders, though taste was elevated by signature sauces. Overall, the food is wonderful, tasty, and not cheap.
