“wish i could leave a review on the food, but when i came they were closed, on every forum it shows them to be open on Sunday's THEY ARE NOT. i drove 30 minutes out of the way and came to a closed restaurant. Very disappointed but just wanted you to leave this review in case anyone else was looking to come on a sunday.“

“Been almost a year since we started replacing our weeknight meals with Fire Department Meals. I have a very long work commute, so it has been great having healthy meals ready to go when I get home. And the quality can't really be compared to frozen dinners - the meats and vegetables are fresh and the portions of protein are large. And the customer service is genuinely wonderful.“

“I had a coupon for a free bowl after attending a food event. I went on a Friday evening and there was a small line. I had a 6 bowl with BBQ chicken, blackened chicken, broccoli, mushroom, and guacamole on top of spiced rice. It was prepared and made on the counter when you ordered. I also took a can of carbonated watermelon flavored water (2 dollars). I checked out, gave my coupon and cash, then went to a booth. The chicken was mostly tender. The BBQ chicken had a nice smoky flavor and had the right amount of BBQ sauce. The blackened chicken was well seasoned and wasn't spicy. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and still had some crunchiness. Plus, I think they had lemon and other light seasonings to give it a very delicious flavor. It was one of my favorites from the ingredients. The mushrooms were plump and the guacamole was great too. The Sriracha sauce added a nice kick. It was indeed fresh, healthy, and delicious! Not to mention the portions were generous as I felt very full after eating the whole thing. The watermen carbonated water was a bit expensive for two dollars, but at least it was better than the LaCronx brand. If I had to pay for the bowl, I think it would have easily been about 15 dollars. Service was friendly and very helpful. I was mentioned many times that my coupon included everything, even though I thought it was only for the 6 bowl. The seating area is a bit small, but it was clean. There were some booths and high tops, plus outdoor seating too. The vibe was nice with some cool instrumental music in the background. I must say that eating healthy doesn't mean having boring and bland food. Fresh kitchen knows how to make some healthy and delicious food. It is pricey, but unfortunately most healthy and fresh food restaurants are. But if you are able to splurge a bit, this is a great "good for you" restaurant in the Waterford lakes area .“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. “I absolutely love 3Natives. The atmosphere is so nice and the decorations are cute. The prices are affordable (especially for the quality and amount of food you get.) We got the Local and the Estes acai bowls and the Cobb salad. The salad was seriously the best I’ve ever had and large enough to share. The acai bowls were delicious and looked really good too. I would highly recommend 3Natives and can’t wait to go there again :)“

I had called when I was on my way over and the woman had already prepared some herbal mixes for us by the time I got there. We had an immune mix and a respiratory mix. It helped us all recover fast. “OMG, I think I just found my favorite spot for a delicious protein shake and then some! The donuts are to die for! Super Bonus, its a freaking protein donut! All jokes aside, I will be back, and back again......and again. Our 1st try was the banana bread protein shake, a MUST try! & the smores protein donuts, bomb! & the acai bowl, muah! Everything was made FRESH, you here me! LIKE SHE MAKING DONUTS "DING" OUT THE OVEN KINDA FRESH! The owner, bomb, so welcoming, super sweet and really cares about the health and mindfulness of the body, and my experience here, pretty much made me do my happy dance. “I decided to look for a meal prep company for healthy convenient meals. I’d heard about Fitlife foods from some friends and decided to check then out. I went to the Winter Park location and was helped out by Paige. She went through the menu with me and helped me create a meal plan suitable for my lifestyle as an athlete. She was super nice, professional and very helpful! There’s a good variety of meals, breakfast and lunch/dinner, in varied sizes. There’s also vegetarian, gluten-free and high-protein options. I tried several and have not been disappointed yet. All the ingredients and macros are listed on the label which has been very helpful to me. Meals are fresh not frozen and take around 2 minutes in the microwave to heat up. I loved the buffalo chicken melt and the Mediterranean turkey meatballs. All in all great service, great meals which are healthy and convenient. I highly recommend and will continue to use moving forward!“

I am very picky about smoothies and normally prefer the ones I make myself at home, but Rethink makes wonderful, healthy and delicious smoothies (same can be said about the food I tried here).
