One of the best burgers I’ve had in the past 15 years (Elvis Burger + bacon jam). The truffle fries were great too and that’s even after being cold and a little soggy from my UberEats driver taking the long way to my house, adding an extra 15 minutes to the drive time. I absolutely hate cold food. This was worth it. Might dine in next time so i can try it in all of its hot glory
Burger was decent (had the Jagger) but quite expensive. Fries are excellent, milk shakes were tasty and you could tell made with real ingredients. Chicken tenders were also very good. Only issues I have are the prices, for 2 people, expect around $20+ a person.
I ordered the Mercury and a truffle fries…..so delicious. Kids and hubby got the Elvis burger. Perfectly cooked and very well seasoned.

PCG Burgers offers some of the best burgers, with the Elvis Burger + bacon jam and the Jagger among the options. The truffle fries are great, even after being cold and a little soggy from an UberEats driver taking the long way. The burgers are tasty Black Angus Beef patties on in-house made buns, and the 1000 island dressing was very good. The meat patties are a duplicate of FIVE GUYS BEEF PATTIES, even down to the scalloped edges of the patty, which is a positive because the beef patties are very good. PCG Burgers beats FIVE GUYS on buns being fresh made and toasted, and also wins on the fries, which were fresh and had a crispy outer edge. Fries are excellent, milk shakes were tasty and made with real ingredients, and chicken tenders were also very good. The ROSE BURGERS were given out at the grand opening, and the crowd was handled well. The variety of sauces are really good, with bacon aïoli sauce a favorite, and the wings are great. The food and atmosphere was incredible, service was fast, and food quality was excellent. The food is pricy, but the quality helps make it worth it. Expect around $20+ a person for 2 people. The location is loved, and a child seat was even offered. The Double Brisket Burger is worth returning for.
