We can't thank Robert and staff enough for allowing us to have our wedding reception at the restaurant. We picked our own dinner options for our guests and had amazing options to chose from. We have been here twice before, so today was our third time.
Our experience was wonderful the first 2 times, but today left a lot to be desired in regard to the food.
We ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and the “buffalo” sauce was… different. It was more of a spicy marinara than buffalo. The fries were very good, though. Crispy on the outside and just the right amount of salt.
We also ordered blackened grouper with garlic cream sauce and cheddar...

My girlfriend and I went to Blackwater for lunch and it was absolutely amazing. One of my favorite restaurants to visit anytime I'm in the Inglis area. The service is great and the view is amazing. While having lunch overlooking the withlacoochee river we saw 2 dolphins swim by, not something you see everyday while having lunch so was a little magical. I had the blackened grouper sandwich with mac and cheese and I had nothing but great things to say about it, perfectly cooked...
