This place has some of the freshest seafood around. You can buy fish and seafood right off the boat! Their seasoned hushpuppies are just plain addicting. You can pick up your order for takeout or eat at one of their picnic tables.For a place for great seafood, it's a solid 5/5. I do think the owners could upgrade the on-site seating and dining area though 3/5.
Can’t go wrong with a locally owned and operated family business these days! The staff is awesome and I highly suggest brooks dockside seafood for any occasion! It’s literally dockside nestled back in inglis where they catch their fish fresh daily that’s sold right there at the shop!! Last time I was there I got the blackened grouper sandwich and oh my flavorful! Got the French fries they were crispy and fresh, and the coleslaw was amazing!!! We are local and until about a year ago didn't even know this place existed. My elderly father enjoys driving his scooter here and grabbing a bite to eat. The owner and Jen, one of the staff is super friendly, down to earth and just enjoyable to speak with. I highly recommend grabbing a bite here.
