“Had lunch a Blackwater and it was terrific. I ordered the fried shrimp plate and after a great Caesar salad, I got a platter of a dozen large sized shrimp and crispy French fried potatoes. The dining area was an air conditioned viewpoint that overlooked the Withalahochee river. And the prices were quite reasonable for the whole package. A definite and surprising 5 star day.”

The owners themselves greeted us warmly, ensuring that everything was perfect, and even offered us a delightful sample! The apple pie sundae we tried was out of this world. The combination of fresh doughnuts and the creamiest, most delicious ice cream left us speechless. Normally, I'm not a fan of scooped ice cream, but this was softer and more flavorful than any soft serve I've had. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Guyer's Doughnuts. “Was a fan of this restraunt at least one day a week we ate there. Was not pleased when we last went. Waitress forgot our request with our order. My husbands order was half eaten by the time mine arrived. Ask for the male waiter he is not forgetful.. probably will not be back.”

I will ad that the decor is super cute, come stop by and bring the kiddos and grandkids. The owner also owns Follow that Dream Day Care which has a great reputation for care for the kids.”

“My husband and I were passing through and seen “Oysters” which happens to be our favorite food. We stopped and were not disappointed. They had a tempting Valentines special but my heart was set on fried oysters. I will definitely be back next time I am passing through.”

“My hubby remembered coming to this same location many years ago and the food was good. We don't know if it's under the same ownership.
No lie it was a little pricey for us. My husband's Sea Bass was $52. but my hearing isn't always the best and I thought our server said $42..
Oh well, I can't really complain because my husband said that it was THE BEST Sea Bass that he'd ever had at a restaurant. The sea bass was cooked absolutely perfectly and the serving size was much larger than normally offered at a restaurant. He was so pleasantly surprised and pleased at how good it was.
The mash potatoes were good to both of us and the brussel sprouts were excellent as well. I got the steak that was on special and it was large enough to share a good portion with my husband without missing it.
We topped off by splitting a piece key lime pie.
Our server was excellent and very attentive. I wish I could remember her name!
We would definitely return if we lived closer but, we'll be sure to come back if we're ever in the general area.
I've got to add, some people dress up and some don't so come how you want.”

“Order a Greek Salad, nothing Greek about it, no feta cheese and lettuce was soggy. Worst salad I ever ate. Order decaf coffee and it was old as the hills. They need to, remove the carpet or steam clean it..removal would be better!”

“Typhoon Thai has delicious food with fresh ingredients and great flavors! The owners are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the nice atmosphere. The only thing I noticed is that the portion sizes seem smaller compared to other Thai restaurants I’ve been to. That said, the quality makes up for it, and it’s still a great place to enjoy a tasty meal”
