“Showed up 9 minutes before they closed. I have a big family so I prefaced my order with “I have a big family, I have 6 meals, I am so sorry. If this order is too much of an inconvenience, I will leave now. Please don’t let me inconvenience you.” The girl was SO sweet. Food came out perfect and she was just as Amazing when she brought my food out to the car. Only complaint was that she wouldn’t let me tip her.“

“Unlike some people's experience the restaurant was clean, food was good, and the employees were friendly. They seem to have better customer service than most establishments in this area from a handful of experiences we've had at this location. I don't know if they have new management or something but it's been good the last few times we've come. The young man at the register even offered to carry my tray to the table when we dined in. When I did go through the drive thru another time it was a bit slow but the food was hot and the lady at the window through in some freebies along with a sincere apology! Thank you!“

“I was on a road trip and I wanted to try a chicken sandwich. I never had been to Chester’s before. The sandwich was out of stock. I bought 2 pieces of chicken, potato fries and coke. It was a little bit pricey for fast food. The potato fries were amazing. ?“

“Went to Duval Station Popeyes today for the first time in months. The last 2 times we had been there were absolutely horrible. Employees yelling in the store, slow service and food was meh. Said we weren’t going back BUT we did today. Service was amazing, quick and helpful. If you had given up on them try again. They are really spot on right now.“

“I have been coming here for a while. Staff is very friendly and does a great job. Some of the employees (one guy in particular) thinks I always get my order confused. He and others have made mistakes their too taking my order…but they would always blame it on me. This guy I think his name is Ken refuses to ever take my order which doesn’t hurt my feelings at all. With this kind of attitude working in the restaurant business…he does not deserve a promotion. A employee there that is very nice and courteous is Kevin. He really shows a lot of respect and this is how a person should act working with people as a cashier. I know this from experience. Chick-fil-A is a phenomenal restaurant!“
