I wrote a review before when they were terrible so it's only right to one when I've had great service. I ordered on line but still had to wait in line but customer service was great. I thought my meal was wrong and spoke to the manager. She was very patient and had a great sense of humor because I was WRONG and they were right. Definitely an improvement!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stopped going to this Popeyes on Duval Station Rd because the service was so bad, not having items on the menu and not getting the orders right. It's been a while we figured we try it again. Somethings never change. We went through the drive thru and when we got home there was no coleslaw with our order as shown on the receipt and the fries were hard as a rock being over cooked and not filling the bag. So much for coming back to Popeyes.
