We moved to Yulee the week before Christmas and have come to eat here at least 4x a month! We LOVE this place. We have many food allergies and they have always accommodated, guided and advised what is best to order. They have the best spring rolls we have ever had and our children argue over the gyoza (fried or steamed?). Our go-to is their spicy beef ramen - I order mine with shrimp and hubs orders as is. I simply am in love with this restaurant. I am even more in love now that I can door dash it to my house because I am a mom, moms get it. Thank you for existing! I have been wanting a local ramen place for a long time and it's never been bad, not once! Always consistently delicious. My kids love your Katsu Chicken Ramen Bowl and the Chicken Rice Bowl... incase other moms reading this are curious. LIFE SAVER WHEN I DONT WANT TO COOK FOR THEM. 😂🫶
Will never go back. They do not know how to handle situations properly. The food was decent. Unfortunately, in my opinion, they are not good people. Owners & employees

Recently, the menu has expanded to include new specials, such as the flavorful Kimchi and Spam fried rice, which packs a mild heat, and the perfectly steamed baos with tender, melting meat. The Tonkatsu ramen is a favorite, especially with the soft-boiled egg, although some find the noodles a bit too soft. Boba teas are sweet and can be adjusted to taste.
Despite occasional busy periods with a smaller wait staff, Fusion Ramen remains a highly recommended local spot for ramen enthusiasts, even outside downtown Jacksonville. The reasonable prices and clean, tidy environment make it a great choice for those seeking an authentic ramen experience.
