The worst KFC I have ever experienced considering I travel all over the country. The staff is very rude, horrible service and the employee's are more worried about looking at their phones. I was told at 6pm that they didn't have any original recipe only crispy and I over heard the person in the back saying he didn't feel like making more. Who ever owns this store needs to fire the entire staff and replace them with ones that actually want to work and not lazy and rude!!!!
20 minutes wait on chicken at 8 pm on a Wed . SERIOUSLY!

Checked in last night on 10/26/2024 and once we got settled into our hotel room at Holiday Inn we ordered from KFC at around 9:15 pm and the online said they were closed for online orders but when I called after this the lady said they were still open and all they had left was chicken nuggets and mash potatoes with gravy so I said okay went to pick a order I already had placed and after she said it was open until and they had these items I already ordered I showed and she the...read full review
