Stopped around 12: 30 pm (lunchtime) Tuesday. "Hot and Ready" was Room Temp and Dry. Buffalo wings looked like they were cooked the day before.
The store was dirty and they want to charge for the marianna sauce that comes with the Crazy bread and Italian Cheesy bread. Why would a sale not include sauce that's standard with the products? I don't mind paying extra for the ranch or garlic butter. Makes no sense to not include the standard sauce. Also the pizza had no pizza sauce. It was plain and tasteless.
I fell bad for the employees. They were nice and friendly. The young lady did end of giving the 2 marianna sauces.
Whoever owns this franchise needs to come to this location IMMEDIATELY.
Staff is yelling at customers saying “not taking orders right now” and one girls just politely saying “at least 45 mins before we can take your order” after the male staff was yelling
I’m almost positive the phone is disconnected too. We tried several times and got a generic Corporate voicemail
730 Saturday night. No hot&ready abs they’re only make app orders.
