I don’t know what they have done to the place but this will be my last visit to Steak ‘n Shake. My wife’s food was so cold it felt like they pulled it straight from the cooler. We sent it back and they sent the same food back out. My food was cold but I decided to eat it anyways. No condiments on any tables so I had to flag an employee down just to get catsup. There was no seasoning on anything and this was some of the most tasteless food that I’ve ever had.

Waited for 45 min, cold food, melted shake, horrible customer service. After 45 min, they gave my food wrong, I tried to explain and the manager comes by the window yelling at me even their being wrong. Understand they are short hand but at least should said sorry instead getting upset with me. Horrible experience
Horrible customer service, POOR MANAGEMENT, it takes ten years to get your drinks and food, not to mention it’s DISGUSTINGLY filthy. I once had a gnat in my To-go drink😷 absolutely sick and disappointing considering I used to love this place!
