Bianca’s in Albany continues to exceed expectations! During our recent lunch visit, I opted for the Meatballs and Provolone appetizer as my meal, and it was absolutely divine! My husband ordered the Steak and Cheese Sub, which he thoroughly enjoyed. And let me tell you about the Creme Brûlée – it was hands down the best I've ever had! The quality of the food here is consistently outstanding. Beyond the delicious food, the service is always top-notch, making every visit a pleasure. Bianca’s remains our go-to spot for a memorable dining experience in Albany.

Food was decent, service okay , restaurant was clean and good atmosphere ! Their website gave a 15% off but after I asked about it the waiter said he never heard about that and the manager finally said that was just for take out ! They should fix their website ! Probably one of the better places in Albany but that’s not say much ! 3 stars at best !!!!

It was the worse first impression and the waiter was very rude and our reservation was 815 and didn't get seated till 907 and the kitchen stop cooking at 930 then one of the orders I didn't get then they came all rudely talking bout we brought it out and let us go run the camera back like what we gone do with a big bowl of food.
Highly DISAPPOINTED & will never COME BACK.I don’t normally do “ reviews” but today was a must ..So if you’re not an up scale black Person or black person of class do not! I repeat do not go to this restaurant, extremely racist.My friend and I came to the bar after a long day of work in our WORK uniforms (scrubs) we could just feel the tension and the judgment will seated at the bar.Note we were the only two black people at the bar in the restaurant at the time .. the Bar Tender RYLIE was very dismissive to my friend and I .. but very attentive to every other white person at the bar.I’m truly disgusted and disappointed with this Restaurant… this is my truth & heads up.

Ordered a beef, mushroom and olives pizza, when I received my pizza the beef was not on it and I told my waiter and she stated she could put the beef on the side never in my life have I heard of such thing beef on the side instead of on the pizza and when I sent it back and was told it would be 15 minutes before I received another one and I stated ok , but to my surprise I received the same pizza with the beef just thrown on top of the pizza and once I picked up the pizza all the ground beef fell off. I didn't want to cause a seen because I was celebrating a friend's birthday but please make pizza like it's supposed to be made.
