My husband and I went to Bianca’s last night with a reservation and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience.
After being seated, we waited about 20 minutes just to receive water. We were never told who our server was, never received silverware or bread, and had to ask for everything. At first we had about three different people stopping by instead of one assigned server, which made the experience feel very disorganized.
