What an unexpected delight in Albany! I was in town for the Combos Marathon and looking for a pre race spot. The staff and local patrons couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating. From remaking my pasta when it wasn’t quite right for a runner to the genuine hospitality, it was absolutely one of the highlights of my visit! (Aside from the race :) THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
We had a Saturday night reservation for party of 28. Typically, that size crowd can cause headaches from both your own folks and the staff. I was surprised at how well and organized our outing was handled. Our server, Johan, (I hope that's how it's spelled) was very courteous, prompt and actually listened when orders were made. Our orders were handled quickly and came out as precise as they were ordered. To my knowledge, we had no issues at all. The food was delicious...
Bianca's menu is second to none, but more than the amazing food is the absolute amazing service and attentiveness by everyone from the servers to the chef! They go above and beyond and make it more than going out to dinner but a true dining experience! I cannot recommend Bianca's enough!!! The food, the atmosphere, the experience! Well done Jerry & team!
