They could actually NOT put lettuce on your sandwich when you tell them three times "no lettuce". The sandwich isn't fit to eat because it had so much lettuce on it that it tasted like lettuce even after scraping it off. Order a bacon biscuit and you will get sausage. The bottom line is they don't pay atten and don't care whether your order is right or not. They are too busy playing on their cell phones to do their jobs.
