I'm going to quit ordering online for pick up because it is never ready when the time is stated to be there.
I am always early giving them a call to let them know I'm here.
Poor service!

Jakirsten has excellent customer service!! I told her manager she needs a raise! Her good energy rubbed off on me. She made my night! Food was great as well.
We have noticed a tremendous difference in the staff and food quality over the past six months or so! Great folks incredible service. Definitely a reflection of new management.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many enjoy the Wings and Things, praising the food's taste and the restaurant's signature Zax sauce, alongside popular items like the Zax Zingsation salad with grilled chicken and fried cheesecake balls. The strawberry lemonade is a favorite as well.
However, there have been some concerns regarding order accuracy and food presentation. Some customers reported issues with drive-thru orders, including missing sauces and poorly wrapped giant wraps. Despite these problems, the staff is noted for their friendliness and willingness to remake orders if issues arise.
Overall, the service is often highlighted as outstanding, with many guests appreciating the courteous staff who engage with customers while serving. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly, making it a convenient choice for families. While experiences can vary, Zaxby's generally delivers warm, delicious food and a pleasant dining atmosphere.
