Thank you Shayla and thank you to the guy managers (two caucasian guys I wish I knew their names) You guys are amazing and one of the guys was outside in the cold training an employee and he was very patient with her and so kind. I was using one of my codes to get a free zax snack and they were so kind. So many people only call to complain and love to leave negative comments, but that is not what the world needs. Service is steadily going down. Order ahead takes 20 minutes. The line takes 20 minutes. Your order is wrong almost every single time now.Edit 2 months later service is still bad orders constantly wrong and foods cold half the timeEDIT I returned on 10/21/21 placed an order at 6 07 online walked out at 631 with it more than double the time it said it would take and my food was cold....if I could give a worse rating I wouldEdit 2/13/24 pulled through the drive thru at 6:20 was told to pull up watched literally 10 or more cars get food walked in at 6 35 to my food setting on the to go shelf at this point it's my fault because this place is absolutely terrible

Typical zaxby's, drive through was long! But they did have people outside taking orders to speed things up. Very popular place. Food was very good. Customer service was good. Definitely will go back to this Zaxby's.Parking: To get in and out of the parking lot is really easy but parking is right by drive-thru. And when drive-thru gets busy and starts wrapping around you're stuck until the drive-thru slows down and you can back out.

The sweet girl that took my order just made my day. Very polite. Good was great as usual.
The food at this location is not good at all. I was extremely disappointed my boneless wings were super dry seemed overcooked the honey mustard sauce I had them coated in didn't taste like it normally does. I recommend going to the slappey location by Krispy Kreme over this location.

Ordered southwestern salad, comes with spicy southwestern ranch ! Except they didn’t have correct dressing, served plain ranch . When questioned about the dressing, they acted like no big deal. Their out of that , well if they told me that at time of placing order, I would have ordered something different !

Service is OK. Never above average and sometimes not the best. The chicken here is bangin fr fr and the fries are as well ✨️When they bother to season them✨️ and don't over cook them. They often don't get it hooked up quite right. It's a shame too cuz the fries perfectly compliment the flavor of their tenders and signature sauce. They took the Caesar salad AND the Cajun chicken sandwich off the menu too and that's just criminal!
