One of the supervisors is so damn loud that it's difficult to hear everyone else at the counter. A cacophony of phrases and songs from the 90s, 2000’s, and today—whoop there it is! Food is always good, but I'm going to drive-thru now.

Please consider having 2 people run food in the drive thru during lunch rush again. Y’all are wearing your people out with just 1 out there lol. There are 2 people taking orders, there should be 2 getting orders to the cars.

My biggest complaint is that the drive through was built to where you can not leave once you’re in it- and it’s always busy. And 9 times out of 10 I get my food before 2 cars in front of me and I have to sit there with food for my family getting cold because I’m trapped in line. It’s gotten so bad that this place isn’t a top choice for my family any more.
