This used to be an awesome place but service is starting to go down but the food quality is starting to go down. The floor was very sticky I mean so sticky that it pulled my shoe right off my foot... No lie!

Bought an 8" oreo ice cream birthday cake for a friend's birthday tomorrow. Ordered dinner to take home. Personnel are always friendly and very helpful. Very clean and food is always hot.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair parking on the side door with a ramp. There is plenty of handicap seating and restroom.

The service here is always terrible. They are always out of something, even when just opening. They don't verify door dashers picking up deliveries, and they refuse to remake it or 'they'll lose money' they just need NEW management.

The staff seem lax and not engaged with the customers there's a lack of customer service and friendliness visited this location for 2 happy meals and 1 ice cream and didn't get my drinks no condiments offered and the staff was no bothered. Better people equal more revenue and business think about that.

Service was super slow. Food was mediocre. Ordered two small Sundaes, they charged me for two blizzards, twice the price. The workers all seemed lost. The medium blizzard I did order was only 2/3 filled. We're just passing through, but my suggestion would be to look elsewhere for ice cream if you're in the area.

When I came to Dairy Queen believing I was going to get some great lunch to satisfy my upset stomach I walked out with a headache and almost a victim to fraud. As I repeated my order more than 6 times it seem as the person couldn’t comprehend so someone else stepped in with even less comprehension skills and still messed up my order trying to poison my child when I reminded her my child is allergic to pickles. As the manager stood back and watch this chaos he let the person who was handling food pull their germ filled phone out to harass me taking photos of me all while keeping my card in her possession after I told her I will call the police she threw my card at me and told me to F off after she took my money and still no food. I not only left hungry but disrespected I will never come back to any Dairy Queen location as long as I breathe

Don’t go here I repeated my order 10 times every one had a attitude and wake around like you owe them something then when you get upset cause your daughter has a food allergy and they STILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG they threaten to call the police….. customer service is horrible save your self the headache and time …..

I am use to Dairy Queen being such an amazing experience but when coming to this one I feel as if I was mistaken. The service was absolutely horrible and the front service clerk who took our orders had a horrible attitude and I watched one of the other workers take condiments for ice cream out of the containers and eat them… extremely unprofessional. Dairy Queen needs to start hiring people that are competent

Very bad experience! Went during lunch time and they took a long time to place the order through drive thru. Both cheese burgers was really cold, fries was old and hard could not eat them because they hurt your teeth second time this has happened.
