I didn't order from here, but my oldest did. She ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard with no pie chips add cheesecake bites. My daughter (18) said that the attendant at the drive-thru was very rude...like she didn't want to be there, and that she found a questionable black something inside of her shake that looked like an insect after consuming about half of the blizzard. I would have a picture, but she immediately threw it out. That is nasty, and they have a DOH grade of 85 sitting on the wall. Why they are still open with that kind of DOH grade is beyond me.

Everything was hot and fresh.

Milk shakes were melted and hot whip cream looked like cottage cheese.$35.00 ice cream cake wasn't even sealed and to add a letters really made them angry. No thanks ..kiss my foot or nothing. NEVER seen anything so rude. Was not rush hour 4 ppl inside and 5 vehicles in drive thru..Dawson rd. DQ is really given bad name to D Q..not to say you wait 5 to 10 mins before they even speak when they see you standing there.The 4 inside were already eating when we got there.

Stood in an empty line and not even the manager acknowledged us as he rang in an employee (who was not there before us) at the register i was standing in front of with a hi, how are you?, we will be right with you. Simple good customer service goes a long way. So 1 star and that's because the bathroom was actually clean.

The employee was very rude, didn’t say thank you or how are you, had an attitude the whole time. I will not be returning I will take my business elsewhere.

everytime i come they say they’re out of brownies yet i overheard a worker say they have them , they just don’t feel like making it.

There’s a decent chance they will scream cuss words at you when you leave the drive through… or maybe that was just us? Either way, a uniquely trashy experience!

They didn't participate in the special for the free blizzard at this location.I was disappointed.

I waited for a long time also I repeat no onions, no Ketchup, no mayo four time so explain to me how I ended up with it on my burger anyways

This used to be an awesome place but service is starting to go down but the food quality is starting to go down. The floor was very sticky I mean so sticky that it pulled my shoe right off my foot... No lie!

Bought an 8" oreo ice cream birthday cake for a friend's birthday tomorrow. Ordered dinner to take home. Personnel are always friendly and very helpful. Very clean and food is always hot.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair parking on the side door with a ramp. There is plenty of handicap seating and restroom.

The service here is always terrible. They are always out of something, even when just opening. They don't verify door dashers picking up deliveries, and they refuse to remake it or 'they'll lose money' they just need NEW management.

The staff seem lax and not engaged with the customers there's a lack of customer service and friendliness visited this location for 2 happy meals and 1 ice cream and didn't get my drinks no condiments offered and the staff was no bothered. Better people equal more revenue and business think about that.
