I went through the drive thru on 8/21 not realizing I left without getting my debit card back. I tried to call to confirm it was there, knowing that it was the only place I had been, but the number listed on Google isn't in service. I did, however, lock my card when I realized it wasn't in my possession. After my mom's dr appt we picked up my card and I unlocked it. About 20 minutes later I started getting fraud messages from my bank so I called only to learn that there was not one, not two, but SIX attempts to transfer $ to cashapp, 2 doordash purchases, and a transaction to paytel communications. I went back to DD to make the manager aware of the situation. The manager was in her car so an employee went out to get her. As soon as the manager stepped behind the counter she was instantly defensive basically calling me a liar. I called APD to file a police report. I sat in the lobby as I waited for APD and the whole hour I was waiting the manager sat in the office yelling on the phone about my situation. APD watched the videos and confirmed that an employee picked up my card and went to the bathroom before putting my card in the office. If you think the manager apologized for her behavior, she in fact did not.

Love the AM shifters.... they are great people and always full of laughter. My favorite party of starting my long day is being around the Dunkin' crew.

Visiting from Florida, where I usually have Dunkin at least once a week and more often when traveling. The building is kinda cool at this Dunkin, an old bank it looks like, but the coffee and service were the absolute worst from any Dunkin I have ever visited. The woman at the window didn't say anything to us at all, not a word. I could have definitely looked past one person's bad manners, but the coffee was disgusting!!! It tasted like a mix of burnt coffee and tobacco. I took two sips and then found the nearest coffee shop where I threw the Dunkin away and bought a great cup of coffee. Dunkin is my favorite, so I was so disappointed. We are here for a week and I wouldn't dream of going back to this Dunkin. I will be going to the new place I found called Milksters I believe. It was in a strip plaza and the owners were so helpful and the coffee was wonderful!

Food and coffee was very good. It seemed as if some of the employees were quarreling and would have rather been somewhere else.

Called to order donuts and associate said they have plenty so not necessary to ask to hold. I explained that I go there regularly and they are almost always out of crullers so I’m calling to hold a dozen. Again she insisted it isn’t necessary. I went there to get donuts and of course they didn’t have all I wanted. I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager. The person that answered said “my name is Tiffany, how can I help. I asked 2 more times to speak to a manager and she continued to reply “my name is Tiffany, how can I help. After yet again asking if they have a manager she finally said she is the manager. I explained my complaint and she said they no longer make donuts there and they have to order what they want the day before so if I want specific items that I have to call the day before. I explained that I go there regularly and have never been told that. I asked her to educate her staff. Then I explained that when someone calls and asks for the manager she should say she is the manager. She said that’s common sense. What planet is she from to think that. She again explained it was common sense, have a great day and she hung up on me. No employee of any company they are working for should ever hang upon a customer. If they can’t handle the call she should pass the call to someone else that can. This place will never get my business again. Since the bakery that makes their donuts also supplies other retail stores I will buy my donuts at Publix. They are cheaper and most likely come from the same place. This Dunkin Donuts does not have proper training and should be off everyone’s go to place.

No selection of donuts at 11:30 am.
Spent $18.00 on a dozen a cup of coffee, and all of the iced donuts were hard as a rock and had Christmas sprinkles on them.
The filled donuts were soggy.
The coffee wasn't hot, there was no cream or sugar at the coffee station. That area was filthy and the trash was overflowing.

Wow. Beautiful on the outside but lots of attitude on the inside. While I had no issues personally, there were some fairly questionable interactions between other patrons and staff members. This is definitely a place for drive thru... unless you want to bring some popcorn and enjoy the show in the lobby. Food and coffee were dang good though.

Interesting

If they change the pickup to a clear window and have weekly special and put the dates on the sign to change weekly - folks would probably know they’re open. Aside from that, they are hit or miss.

Ordered through drive thru, they only got half my order. When I asked where the rest of my order was, the manager barely came to the window shouted what was wrong and when the employee told her I wanted my sandwich, yelled you can't order at the window then turned her back on us. Just rude and horrible service. How this dunkin stays open i will never know

If I could give them negative stars for service I definitely would. they always have the worst attitude. And they’re always out of something whether it be omelette bites or the croissant stuffers. And they get mad at you because you’re frustrated that they’re out of so many items. I knew Albany has bad customer service in general, but this is next level.

I’m not sure what is going on with the Albany Ga location on Dawson Road but for the past month and a half I have gone to Dunkin several times a week and the iced coffee tastes nasty. Looks like too much creamer or milk. I’m just about done with this place and it’s just not me who complains several people that I’ve talked to that go there have the same issue. I order caramel iced coffee
