I love the environment and the energy. It has a family feel. However, I gave the lady my phone with the order on it. Somehow between me paying for it and them making it. The order was messed up. Maybe some retraining or could be a first time mistake. The environment is great, the costumer service was awesome. May need some retraining.

Dunkin's coffee is way better than Starbucks and it's cheaper. I always get a large hot coffee with cream, sugar, and butter pecan. They always make it perfect!

Worst Dunkin ever. We go every Sunday and every time for the last two months, they mess up a drink so badly. I have never went back and said anything, I would just doctor it up at home. Today, we ordered two ICED coffees and then they give us a hot. Instead of making us an iced coffee, they poured the hot into an iced cup and added ice. That’s it. Went in for them to remake it, they wouldn’t remake it. They just kept adding stuff to it, making it worse. I’m so tired of wasting my money here. Take your money to the Oglethorpe one, this one sucks!

I went through the drive thru on 8/21 not realizing I left without getting my debit card back. I tried to call to confirm it was there, knowing that it was the only place I had been, but the number listed on Google isn't in service. I did, however, lock my card when I realized it wasn't in my possession. After my mom's dr appt we picked up my card and I unlocked it. About 20 minutes later I started getting fraud messages from my bank so I called only to learn that there was not one, not two, but SIX attempts to transfer $ to cashapp, 2 doordash purchases, and a transaction to paytel communications. I went back to DD to make the manager aware of the situation. The manager was in her car so an employee went out to get her. As soon as the manager stepped behind the counter she was instantly defensive basically calling me a liar. I called APD to file a police report. I sat in the lobby as I waited for APD and the whole hour I was waiting the manager sat in the office yelling on the phone about my situation. APD watched the videos and confirmed that an employee picked up my card and went to the bathroom before putting my card in the office.
If you think the manager apologized for her behavior, she in fact did not.

i love dunkin ive happened to be a regular my drink is never wrong and i always love to switch them up and they are always so good. the only thing about dunkin that i don’t like is the lack of customer service. there is one lady that always wishes a good day. other than that every employee seems so miserable.
