The cleanest restaurant in Albany. The Ladies in the back are always smiling and they are never sweating. They cook the best food with ease. The fruit is always super fresh. And, they have a restaurantv score of 100. I normally only order off of the hot bar but I got a sandwich once and it was the best decision ever. El Caribe is THE spot in Albany. Mani and his team were so kind and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ll be dreaming about the stewed chicken until I can come again.
I just got to town and asked around about caribbean food, and El Caribe kept popping up. I had the oxtails, and they were delicious! A very generous helping with rice and plantains... Will definitely go back again.
