I love Church's Chicken.... Nothing more to say except I wish I could eat it more. It's just my Saturday diet cheat day treat!!!!
Very bad attitudes... I need to go back in training for customer service
Since when did Churches start selling 1/2 servings!!!!! I opened my Cole slaw and was shocked to see that I only have 1/2 cup. We used to get a full cup. I’m so disappointed.
Church's Texas Chicken serves fresh and hot food, with their spicy chicken standing out as a highlight. The customer service can be inconsistent, but friendly workers and a dedicated manager help create a positive experience. Recently, a young lady working the drive-thru received praise for her awesome customer service and warm personality, making the visit enjoyable. This restaurant is great for families, with a kid-friendly environment and ample parking. Although some customers feel the chicken quality has changed over time, overall, the food remains excellent, and the staff's hard work shines through. Ms. Vanessa was noted for training a new employee effectively, ensuring that the wait was not long during a recent visit. Despite some past experiences, many are happy to return to Church's Texas Chicken for a satisfying meal.
