In the heart of the city, Guang Zhou offers a blend of Chinese flavors amidst a tranquil setting. However, the experience here is a tale of contrasts, where culinary delights meet service hiccups.Upon arrival, the ambiance exudes simplicity, inviting patrons to indulge in traditional Chinese fare. Opting for the chicken curry, one is met with disappointment as the dish oddly mirrors the seasoning profile of a typical ramen noodle packet, lacking the depth and complexity expected from authentic Chinese cuisine.Yet, amidst this culinary letdown, the pickled veggies emerge as the unexpected hero, providing a refreshing and tangy contrast to the lackluster main course. Regrettably, the fried rice fails to impress, arriving at the table cold, dampening expectations further. While the waitress displays warmth and attentiveness, her solitary presence hints at an understaffed establishment. The sight of another staff member wandering aimlessly adds to the sense of disarray, leaving diners yearning for a more cohesive dining experience. In summary, Guang Zhou presents a mixed bag of flavors and service. While some dishes, like the pickled veggies, shine with promise, others fall short of delivering the authentic Chinese culinary experience. With improvements in both kitchen execution and service efficiency, Guang Zhou has the potential to elevate its standing among discerning diners seeking an authentic taste of China.

I'm never disappointed. Food tastes great. I'm on a no sodium diet, and my food is fixed as desired. It's a blessing to be able to call and ask for a dish with no salt, and the food is still flavorable.

Guang Zhou is a wonderful place to eat. The lunch specials are great, and they come with choice of hot and sour soup or egg drop soup, and either steamed or rice rice and egg roll. It is always delicious and way too much for just one meal. We always take a to go of our meal with us!. Wait staff is very professional, courteous, and very punctual.

Food was delicious. Our server was very nice and did a great job. The pickled vegetables they start you out with was out of this world. Only real complaint was the other server was upset about something and the whole dining room had to listen to her loudly

The food is quite inexpensive and the portions are generous.Everything I've ever had here was delicious except maybe for the watered-down Wonton soup. The place is clean and comfortable also. The service is fast and friendly.I'm from south Florida and visit this area a few times a year.I've found no better tasting Chinese type food anywhere else nearby.(Although it's not at all Chinese.)

I loved the Guang Zhou salad that was placed on the table when we first arrived. The entrées were really good. I ordered Double Happiness, which gave me lots of vegetables. My friend ordered Shrimp Fried Rice. The portions were large, and the food was great. We had to take half of it home. Thumbs up to Guang Zhou!Vegetarian options: There are clear options for vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: It's not too salty for those with high blood pressure. They are willing to leave off items for customer preference.
