Loyal Hibachi Express in Albany Ga. fan for several years. Never had a complaint until today. Food lacks its previous quality. Disappointing Hibachi Surf Turf & Hibachi Steak & Chicken 😒 Lack it normal flavors, the chicken was dry, steak, vegetables, and rice were overcooked.
We eat here a couple of nights a week. The shrimp and broccoli rice bowl is always excellent. Cooked just right.

Every time I go to Hibachi Express customer service is always great and very helpful. Food is always on point and hot every time. I love Hibachi Express egg rolls and one of my favorites bacon jalapenos cheese.
