The staff was great. The front desk, restaurant staff, and maintenance team were great. Special call out to "K-K" in the bar for being friendly and entertaining; Kawajalan at the front desk helping to resolve an A/C issue in under an hour, and the maintenance for swapping out a bad A/C unit in about 20 minutes.
The staff was very professional. This includes Grace, Shonda, Shakeria, and Jalessa. These ladies were exceptional with their kindness to our families. We appreciate their efficiency and smiles and constant show of respect.

Good hotel. Staff could focus more on cleanliness. Receptionist needs to know it's okay to have fun, but stay professional. I would have loved a heavier blanket, but the bedding was fresh and clean. The bathroom was also very clean with fresh clean towels.
